The art of preparation
I am a girl scout because I like being prepared. I always carry little bags-within-my-bag, full fledged arsenals of stuff-just-in-case. Mind you, my bags are always heavy but at least I know I will be prepared for anything, eg. a zombie apocalypse. My mom calls it clutter but I like to think otherwise. I mean, if you have a wardrobe malfunction, who else will you turn to if you don’t have a safety pin? I carry around 5 in my bag, and there’s nothing wrong with that!
In relation to my preparedness, is my love for taking notes. I have numerous notebooks filled with stuff (check out my BJJ notebook, its pretty intense), like my goals for the week, bills to pay and even recipes that I find interesting.. I take note of everything - songs that I want to download, movies that I want Carlo to watch, new activities that I want to try. Its all written down, with my favorite pen/s, of course.
